Providing superior customer service is not just a system, policy, or procedure—it is a state of mind. The consultative approach to customer service is based on the philosophy “the customer’s perception is always right, yet their knowledge may be incomplete.” This approach emphasizes partnering with your customers to gain a clear definition of their real needs and giving them the information they need to make the right decisions.

Participants in this program will learn and go through the Customer Service Interaction Process, taking them through the major stages of a customer interaction and helping them create “star quality” experiences for their customers.
