In times of transition, priorities change and organizations need to respond as quickly as possible to new requirements—optimizing performance despite the uncertainties. Mastering Change Management provides participants with the content, tools, and techniques needed to understand their role during change; identify and positively respond to the reactions of an upcoming change; and develop ways to prevent or minimize resistance and optimize performance. They will learn how to develop a Change Plan that enables workgroups, team members, and other employees within their organization to accept and implement the necessary change.
