And, the organization's values guide employees in how to accomplish their day-to-day activities, providing them with a sense of meaning and creating emotional ties to the organization.

Through Living The Vision On The Job, participants learn how to develop and align their personal vision, mission, and values with those of their organization’s to become more productive and satisfied, both personally and professionally.
