Flexlible Facilitation Options

The HighPERFORMANCE Management Packaged Training Program is designed to transfer knowledge through three modular units. Flexible facilitation options include:

  • "Interval" learning approach—Full-day or half-day sessions with on-the-job application between sessions
  • "Just-in-time" learning approach—Targeted learning and application sessions, scheduled to support your organization's performance planning process
